Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Technology Specialist to join our team at TCC Wireless. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with new and existing customers and provide them with top-notch sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by identifying needs through our products and services.
  • Work closely with store management to ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, including handling cash, creating deposits, and counting inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on sales strategies and product knowledge by partnering with our Sales, Operations, and Training teams.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • You must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
