The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Practice Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. As a Practice Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing administrative support to our physicians and staff, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our physicians and staff, including check-in, check-out, and phone reception duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient appointments and inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required; prior medical office experience preferred
