As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the face of our dispensary, educating patients and providing information about medical cannabis and its uses while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in, verify patient status, and report allotment on POS system.
  • Provide patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.
  • Assist patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Process patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
  • Operate, maintain, and close cash till and deposit daily earnings.
  • Assist management staff with daily operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating.
  • Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the market.
  • General knowledge of cannabis product regulations.
  • Ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
