Patient Service Representative

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the face of our dispensary, educating patients and providing information about medical cannabis and its uses while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Check-in, verify patient status, and report allotment on POS system.
- Provide patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.
- Assist patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.
- Process patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
- Operate, maintain, and close cash till and deposit daily earnings.
- Assist management staff with daily operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating.
- Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the market.
- General knowledge of cannabis product regulations.
- Ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
