Job Title: Divisional Director, ORS

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Director to lead our clinical department and collaborate with Nurse Supervisors and Medical Directors to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all clinical and administrative functions of the MTP Departments.
  • Conduct oneself as a professional role-model and enhance the morale of all staff.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports the professional development of staff of all disciplines.
  • Identify with and support LESC as a whole, not only with the programs for which they are directly responsible.
  • Maintain collegial and collaborative relationships with those in other agency programs and departments.
  • Guide the diagnostic processes, clinical analyses, and development of treatment plans.
  • Monitor casework record keeping according to established guidelines.
  • Write staff evaluations, recommend promotions, raises, terminations, etc.
  • Responsible for the quality of therapeutic care rendered in the departments, ensuring a therapeutic atmosphere prevails which is conducive to patient rehabilitation and staff morale.
  • Develop programs to manage crises, violence, or other acting-out behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of department functions to assure delivery of quality service to patients and to insure that treatment plans are administered, and make recommendations for changes as appropriate.
  • Implement the policies of the appropriate regulatory agencies.
  • Integrate plans and activities with other departments.
  • Chair staff meetings with TB Prevention program staff.
  • Implement and oversee the integration of TB Prevention program plans and activities with CTRPN/Primary Care and other departments as needed.
  • Assist staff in developing their professional abilities through group and case conferences.
  • Conduct ongoing training programs for staff.
  • Fills in for other staff out on leave as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent clinical, administrative, organizational, technological, written, and oral communication skills.
  • LCSW with success in leading a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience required.

Salary: $109,000 - $113,000 / year dependent on experience
