Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Engineer to join our team at TGW Systems Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers to design and implement material handling solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to determine customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and develop mechatronic material handling layouts using TGW product portfolio and 3rd party equipment
  • Perform performance calculations to ensure selected equipment meets specified target rates
  • Prepare technical content for proposals and serve as a technical liaison to the sales team, suppliers, and customers
  • Travel to customer sites to survey existing systems and provide technical support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Applications engineering experience in materials handling environment preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and 3D design software
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 15-25% for training and customer support
