At Applied Innovation, we're seeking a skilled Network Connectivity Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Connectivity Solutions Department, you'll be responsible for managing and implementing solution projects in the realm of print and scanning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software projects and installations, as well as experience in developing solution workflows to help clients with printing and scanning. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Remotely configuring and installing print/scan workflow software on customer networks
  • Leading a variety of projects with multiple stakeholders and hard deadlines
  • Resolving customer support tickets remotely
  • Staying up-to-date with technical trends in the industry and driving innovation
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring fast, friendly, and amazing experiences for our clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Industry certifications such as Network+ or Azure certified
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for occasional client onsite work
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to schedule and meet project deadlines
  • Experience working with Windows OS Server/Desktop and Mac OS X, as well as general knowledge of industry standard protocols such as SMTP, TCP/IP, and SMB
