In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our project management group, ensuring the success of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and customers to deliver exceptional results and build lasting relationships.

About the RoleAs an Assistant Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily project operations, including:
  • Document control using Procore and internal drives
  • Communication with internal and external parties
  • Planning material matrices, product lists, material scheduling, and equipment buyout
  • Field support for quality control, inspection, field supervision, and safety awareness
  • Tracking and maintaining project timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Maintaining jobsite organization and upkeep
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Construction Management/Science or Mechanical oriented studies
  • Have a minimum of ~1 – 3 years of experience in Commercial Construction or Mechanical Industries
  • Familiarity or experience working with mechanical trades and/or tradesmen
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and practices
  • Demonstrate dedication to Polk's values and guiding principles
