About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Market Access and Public Affairs team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing and contracting strategies to drive patient access to innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pricing and contracting strategies for key Novo Nordisk product categories.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage and implement knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, and healthcare policy to develop execution strategies and processes to ensure attainment of market access business objectives.
  • Responsible for both inline and pipeline/launch products for aligned therapeutic/franchise area(s).
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years professional experience in any of the following areas: pricing, contracting, finance, business development, market access, forecasting, portfolio analysis, or related fields.
  • Advanced degree may be substituted for 2 years of work experience, when appropriate.
  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • A strong level of analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and other key platforms.
  • Ability to deliver message and presentations in a clear, confident manner.
  • Ability to interact and manage multiple internal relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage and influence to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
