Role Overview: The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and synchronizing engineering modifications, item master, and BOM upkeep. Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management software.
  • Understanding of material debits and credits within the value stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Engineering Change Request process.
  • Calculate and develop material burn downs, using these dates as target release dates. Coordinate data and production transitions for the finalization of ECRs.
  • Oversee production implementation.
  • Manage pilot builds.
  • Handle rework and inventory transfers.
  • Update purchase orders and job statuses.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and materials are current and properly organized.
  • Maintain and revise process workflows, striving to eliminate waste.
  • Develop workflows for Software and PCBA ECR releases.
  • Assist with CM overflow tasks as necessary.
  • Conduct weekly meetings.
  • Support Software and PCBA production releases.
  • Plan and coordinate resources for releasing engineering data to third-party service portals.
  • Champion EPDM initiatives.
  • Maintain workflows, data cards, and Solidworks system files.
  • Coordinate updates to macro-driven templates.
  • Assist in creating custom reports through SQL and Intelliplex portals.
  • Validate production builds in collaboration with floor personnel and coordinate documentation updates.
  • Support PET ticket overflow and lean initiatives as assigned.
  • Engage in safety initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide coaching and training to personnel outside the team on processes and best practices as needed.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers. Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing facility and adhering to PPE requirements.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Production Engineer Manager and does not have direct reports.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $23 to $36.
