Job Title: Sports Event Coordinator

Job Summary: Legends is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sports Event Coordinator to join our team at the Rose Bowl Stadium. As a key member of our Premium Seating team, you will be responsible for managing game day duties related to the sales of premium seating during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Premium Service Manager, Director of Sales, and Premium Sales Consultants to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist in the assembly of marketing materials, sales tents, and signage throughout the Rose Bowl Stadium
  • Coordinate and manage the premium seating pre-game tailgate at the Rose Bowl Stadium
  • Assist in event management, including RSVPs, ticket distribution, and communication with Premium Sales Consultants
  • Meet and greet fans in the Rose Bowl Stadium and communicate general Premium Seating information
  • Encourage fans to sign up and capture contact information from prospective Premium Seating prospects
  • Engage in positive communication with fans regarding Premium Seating
  • Answer basic inquiries regarding Premium Seating at the Rose Bowl Stadium

Requirements:

  • College student preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year prior work experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Effective project management skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation: $ Per Hour

Working Conditions: On Site
