Job Summary:

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and production of COPV bottles and Aft Structure builds. You'll direct hardware delivery projects for the development of structural components, effectively manage a team of 15+ technicians, and communicate deliverables with customer groups and upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise manufacturing and production processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Direct hardware delivery projects to meet customer and business needs
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians to achieve production goals
  • Communicate effectively with customer groups and upper management
  • Oversee employee performance reviews, training, and personnel qualifications
  • Review and improve machine maintenance and efficiency processes
  • Manage area metrics and present status reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team or project

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years in operational leadership
  • Strong experience managing feeder shops, structural, and mechanical assemblies
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing within aerospace
  • 3+ years of experience in structures, fabrication, and machine maintenance
  • Experience with management and oversight of complex projects
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Possess physical dexterity to set up tooling and hardware
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of collaboration tools

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 2nd shift hours, extended hours, and/or weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to travel for short/extended trips as needed
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
