Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team at SpaceX. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and leading a team of hourly plumbing workers.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the facility's plumbing systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with all plumbing safety regulations
* Lead a team of hourly plumbing workers, providing guidance and training as needed
* Monitor the quality of plumbing work and implement procedures to reduce re-work issues
* Promote a culture of safety excellence and proactive involvement in safety training
* Identify and implement plumbing improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
* Coordinate with internal customers and contractors to ensure timely completion of plumbing projects

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in industrial plumbing maintenance
* 2+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting plant plumbing distribution systems
* 1+ years of experience managing a team or leading projects
* High school diploma or equivalency certificate
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ITAR Requirements:
