- Education sufficient for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- 1 year of long-term care or related geriatric experience.
- Experience working with the frail and elderly.
