Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a home environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and caring LPNs to join our team in Seattle, WA. As an LPN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to work with infants, children, and adolescents, providing one-to-one patient care and executing physicians' prescribed plans of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide in-home nursing care to patients, including administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and promote health education to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and progress in our electronic charting system.
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Washington.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
