Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the processing of modification and partial claim documentation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and audits of modification and partial claim agreements before they are signed by borrowers.
  • Manage requests for title policies efficiently.
  • Handle the processing of finalized modification agreements.
  • Oversee the department's email communications, ensuring timely responses to both incoming and outgoing messages.
  • Assist team members by providing updates on critical milestones in the modification process.
  • Compile and report data received, summarizing key steps completed daily for senior management review.
  • Prepare documentation and packages for delivery via FedEx.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management and time management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Familiarity with MSP mortgage servicing systems and relevant mortgage terminology.

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
