Job Title: Property Loss Restoration Technician Level I or II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Loss Restoration Technician to join our team at Restoration 1 of Phoenix. As a key member of our Mitigation and Production department, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other unexpected disasters.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assessing damage to property, mitigating risk of injury or continued damage, and restoring properties/structures affected by various perils. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess damage to property, identifying areas of risk and developing effective restoration plans
  • Mitigate risk of injury or continued damage, ensuring the safety of our clients and their properties
  • Restore properties/structures affected by various perils, including water, fire, mold, and other disasters
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective remediation and restoration plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restoration or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift equipment, some over 50lbs, for extended periods in various circumstances and/or demanding environments
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for Level 2 or Lead Technicians
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
