Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President of People Operations will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Leadership Team to formulate, develop, and execute impactful human capital strategies that align with and enhance business transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR certification and other relevant advanced credentials preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in human resources, including 2-3 years in a multi-state, multi-unit context.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a team.
  • Experience in operations and familiarity with corporate environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and data.
  • Proficient in mathematical concepts applicable to practical situations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems from both a broad and detailed perspective.
  • Military experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
