Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large account portfolios and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to retain clients and build strong relationships with them. You will also be responsible for achieving business goals and revenue targets, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes. Additionally, you will support sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
