Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Specialist to join our team at Heartland. This role requires exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.

About the Role

As a Project Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to identify resources and allocate tasks effectively. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in facilitating regular team and client meetings, resolving issues, and solving problems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, network installations, or multi-device deployments.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate situations critically to prevent issues.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
