Overview of the Senior Accountant Role:

  • The Senior Accountant will oversee month-end closing processes, detailed bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Support the annual audit conducted by an external CPA firm.
  • Conduct financial analysis and report on variances.
  • Engage in comprehensive general ledger accounting.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience.
  • Strong background in general ledger accounting.
  • Familiarity with Great Plains Software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Compensation: Salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience, with hybrid work flexibility including two days on-site.
