Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in youth program management, ideally within school or community-based settings.* Proven experience in staff supervision, program design, and budget management.* Strong knowledge of youth development best practices and experience working with at-risk youth populations.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
