About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Engagement Manager, SkillSpring to lead our Geriatrics Career Development (GCD) Program at The New Jewish Home. In this key role, you will empower young adults in an applied healthcare setting, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing program curricula, recruiting and managing program participants, and building relationships with nursing unit staff and other skilled nursing facility employees.

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $73,000 per annum

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or Human Services;
  • Minimum three years of experience working with teens and young adults;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple participants with respect, maturity, compassion, and encouragement.
