Parts Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team at NorthStar Chevrolet West. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess excellent communication abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to not only achieving but surpassing set goals.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM or Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM (weekends off)

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and managing all parts orders
  • Overseeing and maintaining parts inventory
  • Designating storage locations for new stock
  • Notifying customers regarding parts arrivals
  • Documenting shortages and damage discrepancies
  • Organizing accessories on shelves
  • Preparing items for shipping and returns
  • Sorting orders for various dealerships
  • Transporting parts to alternate locations
  • Performing light duties with a forklift
  • Managing warranty scrap
  • Keeping a clean and organized workspace
  • Following all company safety protocols and procedures
  • Understanding and adhering to relevant federal, state, and local industry regulations

  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
