Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
