Medical Assistant Spanish Language Coordinator

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing patients for visits, assisting nurses and medical staff with routine tasks, and managing medical supplies. Your strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish will enable you to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for visits by pulling charts, setting up equipment, and ensuring a smooth process.
- Answer phone calls and respond to medical inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Perform venipuncture/blood draws and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical procedures and care.
- Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and manage medical office duties.
- BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) desired.
- Fluent in Spanish language.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
