Bilingual Medical Support Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with nurses and medical staff to prepare patients for appointments, manage medical supplies, and perform various administrative tasks. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for visits by setting up equipment, pulling charts, and ensuring a seamless process.
- Respond to medical inquiries, provide accurate information, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Assist with basic medical procedures, track lab results, and manage medical office duties.
- Work closely with nurses and medical staff to ensure effective patient care and support.
- Manage medical supplies, including inventory and ordering.
- BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) desired.
- Fluent in Spanish language.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
