We are in search of a driven and seasoned Project Executive to take charge of overseeing multiple construction project teams, particularly within the higher education and healthcare sectors.

As a Project Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all facets of construction projects, encompassing planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Ensuring timely project completion within budget constraints, meeting the expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors, including contract negotiations and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Mentoring and managing project team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • A strong grasp of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in managing subcontractor relationships.
