We are in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to steer our organization. The successful candidate will possess extensive executive experience within the water and wastewater construction sector, demonstrating a solid history of managing profit and loss, enhancing operational capabilities, and fostering financial success. The CEO will be an active leader, establishing a clear vision for growth and succession while cultivating vital relationships within the civil engineering community.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
- Articulate and disseminate a compelling vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and profitability, particularly in the water and wastewater sector.

Qualifications
