Job Opportunity: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at Occam Solutions. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our Big Data Platform infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines using AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain data processing workflows using Apache Airflow and Python.
  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) regulations.
  • Participate in agile and DevSecOps methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a specialized field plus 1 year of applicable experience, or a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 7 years of applicable experience, or a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience.
  • Secret clearance required.
