We are seeking a skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team at Carespring in Hamilton, OH.

$12.50 to $14 Per Hour

The successful candidate will assist our residents with activities designed to promote their psychosocial, spiritual and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Activity Department to provide individual, group & one-on-one activities that promote the total wellbeing of our Residents
  • Provide insight regarding the activity calendar
  • Conduct scheduled group & individual activities
  • Attend outings & operate bus lift along with other bus equipment
  • Attend Team Member meetings as needed
  • Assist with Resident meals
  • Assist with Theme Weeks & special events
  • Document participation & attendance for all group & individual activities
  • Assist with Customer Service Surveys

Requirements:

  • A State Tested Nursing Assistant certification or eligible to earn one to allow more active participation with activity delivery
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A sincere desire to work directly with elderly residents, staff and families
