We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Medical Ambulatory Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to assigned outpatients, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to assigned outpatients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and standards of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
- Current PA RN license, Act 33/73 clearances, and Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Minimum of six months med/surg nursing experience, with a preferred Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
This position requires standing, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced, with frequent interruptions and exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
