Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at MRINetwork Jobs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the coordination of Data Center construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

With a strong background in Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade), the successful candidate will be able to provide direction to subcontractors and vendors, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules, material delivery, and equipment usage.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of job site activities, including daily logs and punch lists.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Data Center construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Project.
  • Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog software preferred.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
