We are looking for a highly skilled National Sprayer Product Line Manager to join our team at Compass Search Group. As a leader in agricultural equipment manufacturing, we strive for excellence and growth in a tight-knit farm-focused environment.
This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for our sprayer product line, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in application equipment sales and/or service.
- Ability to create and execute business plans that drive sales and profitability.
- Strong technical knowledge of application equipment, including operation, demonstration, and basic product updates and repairs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the ag industry and excellent communication skills, with a minimum Associates Degree in an Ag-related field.
