Job Overview

The Management Trust, a leading community association management company, is seeking a skilled Community Association Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of designated Homeowner Associations. This role requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned communities, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Association services. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a positive working relationship with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Homeowner Associations, including single-family, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial industrial complexes.
  • Coordinate with multiple support teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain open communication with Board members, homeowners, and internal partners to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Develop and implement proactive planning strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Community Manager handling similar duties and responsibilities.
  • Possess industry certifications or licenses (state-dependent).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong leadership and public speaking abilities, with comfort addressing small and large groups.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage workflow, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Information:

  • This position may require occasional long hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for site visits and meetings.

Salary Range: $74,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
