About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Members: Welcome and interact with members, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Present Our Fitness Programs: Share the benefits and features of our fitness programs with interested members, highlighting the unique aspects of our studio.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Handle phone calls, respond to member inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
  • Support Trainers and Members: Collaborate with trainers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for new members, and assist with resolving any member concerns.
  • Sell Memberships and Merchandise: Promote and sell memberships, as well as our merchandise, to help drive revenue and growth.
  • Participate in Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events, such as grand openings, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Studio: Ensure that our studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards.
Requirements
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with members, trainers, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Team Player: A team-oriented individual who is willing to collaborate with others to achieve our studio's goals.
  • Availability: Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
