Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Orangetheory brand and services, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness approach.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling membership sales.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and attract new clients.
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the studio.

Requirements:

  • Passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Flexibility to participate in 2-3 Orangetheory workouts per week.
  • Pay based on experience, starting at $14.25/hour + commission.
