About the Job

PARR is seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Technician to join our team. As a Cabinet Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of cabinets provided by PARR, ensuring they meet the customer's needs. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during shipping and installation, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve PARR's mission of Legendary Service Through Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install cabinets provided by PARR, ensuring they meet the customer's needs.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during shipping and installation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve PARR's mission of Legendary Service Through Teamwork.
  • Load vans with cabinets and materials needed for installation.
  • Keep work area clean and well organized.
  • Ensure that appropriate paperwork is completed as per company policy.
  • Check all paperwork for accuracy.
  • Report to each appointment on-time and perform duties in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.
  • Discuss repairs and issues with customer to ensure satisfaction with product installation.
Requirements
  • Experience with cabinetry assembly, installation, and repair.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to gather facts and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of Cabinet, Door, Millwork products.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read English.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and desires a high level of responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to daily changing needs and demands of the team.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and application.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Shoes that are puncture resistant, slip resistant, made of leather or composite material, and have ankle support.
