Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Center Plaza Apartments in Beaverton, OR. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of the property's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial duties.
  • Operate a golf cart and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a Maintenance Technician I position or two years of previous maintenance technician experience, preferably in property management for commercial or multi-family properties.
  • Janitorial experience is preferred.
  • Motivation, time management, and ability to follow instructions working alone or as part of a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring.
  • Possess current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record to run work-related errands when needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions.
