About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse Leader at MetaSense Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for assigned patients, taking into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered safely and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an RN; PICU/NICU experience a plus.
  • Current licensure as an RN in good standing.
  • Competent in medication titration and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
