Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, which includes recruiting new candidates, guiding applicants through the hiring process, and ensuring that our clients' job openings are filled efficiently. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, engaging with both new and existing clients, and driving sales initiatives.

Areas of Impact:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining consistent communication and building strong relationships with clients and associates.
- Utilize various systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing applications, to manage recruitment processes.
- Process incoming orders from clients and accurately input them into our systems.
- Actively contribute to business growth by reaching out to clients, upselling services, providing quotes, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Innovatively attract new candidates through creative recruitment strategies.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and utilize messaging technologies to identify qualified candidates for job orders.
- Match candidates with suitable job openings, ensuring a beneficial fit for both parties.
- Timely process payroll for temporary staff in accordance with established procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance in all operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay for this position is $18.75 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, a Company-matching 401(k), an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, among other perks.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a branch setting with frequent customer interaction, requiring the use of computers, phones, and other office equipment. Employees will often be required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for extended periods. The position may involve lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
