Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Asset Management Division and staff/team to oversee property operations, maintenance, and capital renewal planning.
  • Monitor property conditions, market trends, and competitive properties to inform leasing programs.
  • Establish and review monthly reporting requirements for property managers and review financials to ensure revenue projections and expense control.
  • Develop and implement capital renewal plans to identify, schedule, and administer property-level capital renewal.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project financial management, asset management, or facility operations.
  • Experience overseeing facility maintenance and capital planning activities for multifamily and/or student housing properties.
  • Strong management, collaboration, and team development skills with a proven ability to lead project teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment on decision-making within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Maintenance Management Systems such as Yardi and Entrata.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $130k - $160k, contingent on experience and education.
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and individual performance.
