Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
- Assist healthcare professionals with various clinical and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and preparing patients for examination.
- Perform vital signs and medical histories, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with billing and coding information for insurance purposes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two (2) years' related work experience preferred.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
