Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at River Lodge Assisted Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents
  • Prepare and serve meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by licensed staff
  • Engage residents in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, games, and social events
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [State]
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents, as needed; physical stamina to perform job duties
