We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Plastipak Holdings in Dundee, MI. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plastic recycling plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
  • Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution to meet production demands.
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Receive thorough and ongoing training to develop your skills and advance your career.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical skills and electrical knowledge.
