We are seeking a Medical Assistant / Patient Service Specialist to join our team in Dundee, MI. This role combines front office and back office responsibilities, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care services under the Medical Assistant scope of practice in the urgent care setting.
  • Support front office functions, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
  • Prepare charges, collect payment, and issue receipts as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an approved Medical Assistant Training Program or equivalent experience.
  • Certification preferred but not required.
