Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of executive-level administrative support experience and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, and graphs.

The salary for this role is $25–$28/hour (based on experience), with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Projects: Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Support Leadership Team: Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Maintain Office Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Support basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of executive-level administrative support experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, and graphs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends as needed.
