The Project Manager for Aerospace and Defense Custom Solutions is tasked with ensuring the effective execution of projects. This includes overseeing requirement and design evaluations, managing schedules, resource allocation, risk assessment, product development, integration, testing, delivery, and post-delivery assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management activities from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create precise and persuasive proposals aimed at securing new projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline is essential.
  • Strong communication abilities are necessary for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are required, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, and Project) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing or factory-facing role (such as Applications Engineering, Product Management, or Product Development) is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager is essential.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with RF and testing systems is a plus.
  • Experience in developing tailored testing solutions is preferred.
  • Eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance for specific contract requirements is necessary.
