Key Responsibilities- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement company programs and supervise front desk operations to maximize revenues, motivate staff, and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Supervise front desk agents, provide guidance, and ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Remain calm and composed in emergency situations, serving as a role model for staff and ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through thorough research and effective problem-solving.
- Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Self-starting personality with a positive attitude and even disposition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately input information using a computer system.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform behind the front desk for extended periods.
- Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and prepare complex reports.

Safety and SecurityThe safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be expected to adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, report safety hazards and concerns, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests.
