Job Overview
A highly skilled and motivated Cultural Development Associate is required to support the People & Culture team in developing and executing HR initiatives. This role will work closely with the business to ensure Warner Bros. Discovery remains an employer of choice, providing solutions to employee-related matters and assisting with general project management.

The ideal candidate will be a positive self-starter who can think strategically about big picture business goals as well as tactically execute a range of People & Culture initiatives. They will serve as a partner to the business and a liaison with the broader HR community of Warner Bros. Discovery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives that drive business results
- Assist with general project management and conflict resolution
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure seamless support and guidance to the business
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and employees across the organization

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within Human Resources, highly preferred
- Collaborative working style and excellent communication skills
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and develop
- Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $42,210 - $78,390 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation days.
