Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate administrative personnel.

- Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to strategize on business growth and patient services.
- Support team development through training and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure operational efficiency by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Conduct marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and gather patient feedback.
- Possess a solid understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in practice management.
- Experience in behavioral health is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven management experience with a team of more than ten individuals.
- Familiarity with electronic health records is essential.
